We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at 2M Legal - Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wills and Probate, with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our legal team, including diary management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of court documents, including wills, probate applications, and other legal papers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and case management information.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in Wills and Probate.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with case management software, such as Tikit, is highly desirable.
- Strong audio and copy typing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
