Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-Generation of New Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
- Sales to Different Audiences: Sell to various audiences, including business owners, board of directors, and HR managers.
- Field-Based Experience: Leverage previous field-based experience to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 in the first year, with an OTE of £110,000 and top earners up to £150,000.
- Car Allowance: Up to £5,000 per year, with the option to choose a company car or receive a car allowance.
- Bonus Scheme: Quarterly bonus incentives available to all Business Development Managers, based on revenue targets and minimum number of deals.
- Equipment and Tools: Provided with an iPad, iPhone, and all necessary equipment to work in the field.
