We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader specializing in Quality Enhancement to spearhead initiatives focused on improving patient safety and overall experience within our healthcare division. Your role will involve the development and execution of safety measures, enhancing patient satisfaction, and nurturing a culture of ongoing quality enhancement. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Governance Team to manage all facets of quality oversight within the division, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our services adhere to the necessary quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and professional guidance to nursing staff and the broader team.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care by leading an appropriately skilled and educated workforce, establishing standards, and monitoring performance against those standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications
- Current and relevant registration with the NMC/HCPC.
- Qualification in teaching and assessment.
