We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader specializing in Quality Enhancement to spearhead initiatives focused on improving patient safety and overall experience within our healthcare division. Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Current and relevant registration with the NMC/HCPC.
  • Qualification in teaching and assessment.
  • Degree in a health-related field.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Training in management and leadership.
  • Training in patient safety investigation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certification in Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
