Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of therapists to deliver high-quality treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of therapists, driving 5-star customer service and treatment standards.
- Monitor and communicate adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, including scheduling, holiday entitlements, stock management, and general administration duties.
- Ensure all clients' treatments are booked and pre-booking requests are met whenever possible.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager and Senior Therapist to maintain adequate stock holdings and manage internal and external promotions.
- Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies, and professional operations are in place in all areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months' experience in a Senior Therapist position.
- Ability to assess business needs and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering 5-star experiences.
