Job Summary:

The Spa Manager - Luxury Hotel will be responsible for delivering a luxury experience for guests, managing the budget for the department, and building and developing a fantastic team to ensure hotel standards are met.

About the Role:

As the Spa Manager - Luxury Hotel, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, create and implement a structure for the department, and perform one-on-ones and appraisals for staff. You will also ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and evaluated, and generate sales across the department.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a luxury experience for guests
- Manage the budget for the department
- Build and develop a fantastic team to ensure hotel standards are met
- Create and implement a structure for the department
- Perform one-on-ones and appraisals for staff
- Ensure KPIs are met and evaluated
- Generate sales across the department

Requirements:

- Previous experience as Head of Department of Spa
- Previous experience in a luxury spa venue
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communicator and leader
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
