Job Title: Spa Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Show guests around the facilities, providing information and advice on our treatments and products
- Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of our treatments and products
