Job Title: Spa Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Show guests around the facilities, providing information and advice on our treatments and products.
- Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information.
- Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new treatments and products to provide expert advice to guests.
