Job Title: Spa Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Show guests around the facilities, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, including providing advice and support as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to gain a detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, enabling you to make informed recommendations to guests.
