Shift Details – 2 out of 7 days including weekends

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing luxurious spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including massages, facials, and other therapies.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
  3. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about spa products and treatments, and be able to recommend them to guests.
  5. Contribute to the development of the spa team and provide support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
