The Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools (ESMS)

ESMS is seeking a skilled Finance Project Manager to support the delivery of day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc project work within the finance function. The role is part-time, working 8 hours three days a week, and based across both Ravelston and Queensferry Road sites, with the option to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to revamp budgeting, reporting, and VAT implementation processes.
  • Work with various departments to ensure consistency and enhance data, reporting, and management information.
  • Develop controls for procurement, refine purchase order processes, and provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team as needed.
