Commercial Finance Manager

Wilkinson And Associates is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at an exciting time of global expansion. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to senior management
  • Oversee accounting procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Evaluate company performance using key data and performance indicators
  • Supervise a team of finance professionals and contribute to the development of a robust and forward-looking finance team
  • Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Post-qualified accountant with previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning
  • Working knowledge of Xero and STRIPE
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
