About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Bupa Global. As the chief fun officer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering exciting events and activities that bring joy to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging activity sessions for our residents, including arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and more.
  • Liaise with external companies and performers to organize days out and events at the home.
  • Provide one-to-one support to our residents, using reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and conversation.
  • Support the home's social media channels and contribute to the creation of engaging content.

What You'll Need:

  • A creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, care teams, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
