About the Role

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within the dental sector in the North West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a range of surgical, restorative, regenerative, and digital solution products to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product training and support.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary education diploma as minimum.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales positions, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Dental area.
  • Proven track record of successful sales results.
  • Positive attitude and healthy self-confidence when interacting with customers.
  • Team player, able to work proactively and autonomously.
  • Good self-organization and effective time management.
  • Full driving license is required.
