Job Role: Project Support Administrator

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Based in Ringwood, Hampshire

About the Role:

The Project Support Administrator will be joining Churchill Estates Management at an exciting time of growth and expansion. As a key member of our Compliance and Property Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Analyst, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data gathering processes and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts
  • Collate and input data, maintaining spreadsheets and project plans
  • Organize meetings and ensure timely updates

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual with excellent technical skills, particularly in MS Office applications, including Excel. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
