We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our Compliance and Property Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of data gathering and verification processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts, including Lodge Managers at our retirement developments
  • Collate and input data, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and project plans
  • Organize meetings and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Methodical and organized approach to work
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly in MS Office applications and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
