Job Role: Project Support Administrator

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Head Office

About the Role

The Project Support Administrator will be joining Churchill Estates Management at a critical time of expansion as we prepare to enhance our technology within our Compliance and Property Services team.

Based at our Head Office and reporting to the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including:

  • Managing the data collection process
  • Verifying details received and following up for information
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Collating information
  • Inputting data and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Updating project plans
  • Organizing meetings

This key role will be to start as soon as possible, subject to interview, on a fixed-term contract. The position is full-time, based in our Head Office with working hours as 09:00-17:30, Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday.

About You

We are looking for a methodical and organized Administrator who enjoys working independently in a role where attention to detail is crucial.

You will demonstrate good all-round technical knowledge, proficient in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard.

In addition, you will show excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate with internal colleagues in a polite and professional manner.
