About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide general support to our HR team members with a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data inputting, data reporting, and preparing management information.
  • Collate information and produce letters in conjunction with HR colleagues relating to communications with employees.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates on behalf of our recruitment team.
  • Support with recruitment onboarding, including working with colleagues to progress, offer documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Create new employee records, including personnel files, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • Provide updates to internal teams regarding new initiatives or enhanced benefits offered to our people.
  • Deal with first-line enquiries in the HR mailbox and support employees with wellbeing and policy implementation.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Highly organized, with excellent planning and administration skills, experience of working to deadlines, juggling workload, and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good team player and able to work effectively in a multi-site business and team environment.
  • Fully proficient across the Microsoft Office suite with good Excel skills.
  • Personal accountability and being able to demonstrate integrity throughout all work delivered.
