The Customer Correspondence team is dedicated to assisting clients who may be experiencing difficulties with their bills. Our mission is to guide customers through challenging situations, striving for solutions that benefit both the individual and the organization.

This team engages with our most vulnerable clients, requiring candidates to maintain composure under pressure, set a positive example, and demonstrate the determination to effect change.

Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Correspondence Specialist:

Manage customer interactions across various platforms, including email and phone. Address and resolve complaints effectively. Ensure customers are directed to appropriate external resources for support, including debt and mental health organizations. Aim for first-contact resolution of customer inquiries. Respond to queries within established service levels. Deliver exceptional customer care experiences. Meet performance metrics such as productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
