Job Summary
Utility Warehouse is seeking a skilled Correspondence Administrator to join our Payment Solutions team. As a Correspondence Administrator, you will play a critical role in helping our customers who have fallen into arrears with their bills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customers are being signposted to the most relevant external organizations for advice and support.
- Provide excellent customer care experience to all customers.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity per hour and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve queries effectively.
Requirements
- Correspondence or writing background.
- Experience working in the energy industry is preferred.
- Previous experience of dealing with vulnerability is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, including questioning, listening, and establishing rapport.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good investigation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible.
