Job Title: Correspondence Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Correspondence Administrator to join our team at Utility Warehouse. As a Correspondence Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with our Payment Solutions team to ensure customers are being signposted to relevant external organizations for advice and support.
  • Provide excellent customer care experience to all customers, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries effectively and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
