Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our consumer goods team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 12-18 month shopper marketing plan that aligns with our brand and customer strategies.
  • Lead the charge on shopper messaging and brand activation, ensuring that our products resonate with consumers at every touchpoint.
  • Own the customer calendar, working closely with customer marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns, always looking to improve and demonstrate strong ROI for both Princes and our customers.
  • Identify new shopper segments and untapped opportunities to drive growth.
  • Manage key agency relationships and lead product sampling initiatives to further elevate our brands.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned Shopper Marketing professional with a deep understanding of shopper behavior, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable shopper marketing plans.
  • A collaborator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
  • A graduate with a focus on shopper and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
