About the Role

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our clinical team. As a CBT Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy to private sector clients, working with a diverse range of clients from self-pay, GP, corporate clients, and private medical insurance referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients, either remotely or face-to-face, as part of a comprehensive package of vocational rehabilitation care.
  • Work closely with our experienced case management and administration team to ensure seamless delivery of therapy services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for therapy sessions.

Requirements

  • Accreditation to the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
