Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Emotional Wellbeing Team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to private sector clients, working with a diverse client base from self-pay, GP, corporate clients, and private medical insurance referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments to clients, supported by our experienced case management and administration team.
  • Work with a range of Nuffield Health locations, providing flexible and adaptable therapy services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Accreditation to BABCP (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum).
  • A postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
