Job Summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Band 6 Community Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients with complex difficulties in a secondary care setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry a clinical case load and apply learning from training directly to the clinical setting
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions, both locally and from the course
  • Contribute to the development of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients

Requirements

  • Core profession in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Interest and experience in psychological therapies and older people's mental health
