Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CBT Therapist to join our team at Bupa. As a CBT Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients, demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Deliver therapy sessions via telephone, video consultation, or in-person, depending on client preference.
  • Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and wider therapy team.
  • Work within sessional limits, as determined by the client's Private Medical Insurance, to achieve therapeutic recovery goals.
  • Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
  • Additional training and experience in other therapeutic modalities, such as psychodynamic, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, counselling, and/or psychotherapy.
