About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Priory Group. As a CBT Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to our clients, working across multiple service lines, including private adult acute inpatient wards, NHS partnership wards, and private and corporate outpatients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a mixture of group therapy and 1:1 sessions to clients with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and ADHD.
- Formulate treatment plans and work with clients to achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, prioritizing their needs and providing regular updates to their care teams.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered BACP or BABCP therapist with a strong background in CBT.
- Experience working with clients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of CBT principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
