We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Lead to join our team at RSM.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Commercial Finance team, reporting to the National Finance Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business leaders in delivering sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and management teams
  • Translate financial information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's internal management information and reporting
  • Assume a lead role in the annual budgeting process and drive operational performance
  • Lead and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accountancy experience
  • Consultancy/business strategy/professional services experience preferred
  • Proven analytical skills and experience in evaluation methodology and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and diplomatic, with a strong ability to work collaboratively
