As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. Your creativity and enthusiasm will be essential in planning and executing a variety of programs that promote social interaction and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement diverse activities that cater to the interests and needs of residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a vibrant and supportive environment.
- Facilitate group activities and individual engagement opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as necessary.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of £11.50
Work Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
