Fire and Security Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fire and Security Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to our engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage customer calls and emails, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and satisfactory responses to customers
- Submit customer reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Competitive salary up to £23,500 per annum, depending on experience
