Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ANA Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing an extensive account base of National and independent Builders merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales action plans at both Director and Branch levels.
  • Work closely with the National Account and production teams to ensure better outcomes for both the customer and the business.
  • Responsible for a significant revenue value, you will be expected to have a solid commercial bias and a data-driven customer focus.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors and Branch Managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sustainable sales growth working for a manufacturer supplying the builders' merchant sector.
  • Experience in managing a significant revenue value and developing and implementing sales action plans.
  • Strong commercial bias and data-driven customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
