Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Financial Services team in Asset Management Capital Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits to our clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audits to clients in the financial services sector.
- Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure our audit approach remains relevant and effective.
- ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Experience of auditing within the financial services sector with experience of audited entities within one or more of the asset management, capital markets, banking and retail finance and insurance sectors.
- Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
- Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts and disclosures.
