We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Basingstoke MHST team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychological therapy services to young people, their families, or carers, making adaptations and reasonable adjustments to ensure accessibility for children and young people with additional needs.
Main Duties- Work as a Senior Qualified member of a Specialist Mental Health Support Team, providing a high-quality, psychological therapy service to young people, their families, or carers.
- Support psychological practice within the team by communicating effectively about the psychological care of clients, contributing to the line management and supervision of psychological practitioners and trainees, and participating in systematic clinical governance.
- Contribute to the development of the Whole School Approach offer within the MHSTs, delivering workshops and Mental Health Promotion projects within Primary and Secondary Schools.
