About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Manager to join our team at Alternative Futures Group. As a Senior Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the treatment and recovery centre, managing the day-to-day clinical environment, and ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements and our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the treatment and recovery centre, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the day-to-day clinical environment, including staff supervision and appraisal
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and policies, ensuring evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and regulators
  • Contribute to the development of quality services, ensuring alignment with organisational aims and values
Requirements
  • 4-5 years post-registration experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience in managing teams of multidisciplinary staff
  • Accountability for managing a budget
  • Experience of achieving clinical excellence and setting clinical standards
  • Experience of managing a care environment and facilitating a learning environment
  • Experience in managing human resource issues and interagency working at a senior level
Desirable Qualifications
  • CQC registered managers award
  • Practice Mentorship
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Higher study in a related area
  • Management qualification
