Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Manager to lead our treatment and recovery centre at Alternative Futures Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of multidisciplinary staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 4-5 years post-registration experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience of managing teams of multidisciplinary staff
  • Accountability for managing a budget
  • Experience of achieving clinical excellence
  • Experience of setting and achieving clinical standards
  • Managing a care environment
  • Experience of facilitating a learning environment
  • Experience in managing human resource issues
  • Experience of interagency working at a senior level

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

  • Registered Practitioner with current active registration with your professional body
  • CQC registered managers award
  • Practice Mentorship
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Higher study in related area
  • Management qualification
