Dynamic Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Empower Digital Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in selling our range of products to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into profitable sales, striving to surpass budgeted targets across our product range.
- Data Management: Accurately capture and input customer data into our database, enabling future contact and marketing opportunities.
- Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new sales opportunities to present to the Sales Director, contributing to the creation of new revenue sources.
- Product Success: Monitor and assess product success, proposing modifications as needed to maintain profitability.
- Professionalism: Execute duties professionally and consistently, following all company procedures, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate excellent time management skills and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Personality: You are a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, driven by quality and profit. Your motivation, discipline, and articulateness set you apart. You are a team player with excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
- Business and Selling Skills: You are an excellent communicator comfortable dealing with executives and private individuals. Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Numeracy and Literacy: You possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy, including basic business calculations (e.g., gross margin percentages and VAT) and strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
