We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Graduate to join our team as an Internal Sales Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and established company.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate daily quotations and provide excellent customer service
- Be the first point of contact for clients and provide solutions to their needs
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Provide monthly forecasts and contribute to project management
- Engineering Graduate with a keen interest in the Construction/Engineering sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and a confident working approach
