About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Denholm Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts, including networking, generating leads, and being involved in proposals and pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for top-tier energy clients.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients.
  • Play a key role in the new business strategy, pitching to external clients.
  • Guide the content team to create compelling content tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the business with our public affairs, creative, marketing, and digital teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee client reporting as the team grows.
Requirements

  • Proven experience managing energy communication campaigns.
