Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial contracts, from pre-contract negotiations to post-award governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial contracts, including pre-contract negotiations, contract drafting, and post-award governance and compliance.
  • Support the sales team in pricing, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracts are implemented and executed in line with terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the financial profitability of contracts and ensure regulatory commitments are met.
  • Manage risk and change processes, ensuring customer requirements are addressed.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial and contract management within a B2B environment, specifically contract delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with cost models and project profitability management.
  • International experience is a plus.
