We are in search of a Property Finance Manager to carry out the following responsibilities on a daily basis:

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and mentor the Property Financial Accountant and Property Financial Assistant.

• Conduct monthly CAPEX and OPEX reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance Department, delivering comprehensive reports on CAPEX expenditures.

• Represent the client at property AGM meetings.

• Collaborate with satellite estates to provide financial guidance.

• Authorize purchase orders and procurement requests.

• Review property TV licenses to ensure compliance with valid licenses for all properties.

• Manage petty cash and process cash requests as needed, providing monthly reports.

• Approve all new property suppliers.

• Review and address all project invoices and process special payment requests.

• Assess property insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for all properties.

• Handle all property-related matters for UK, European, and international properties.

• Review and maintain all leases and property contracts to ensure organizational protection.

• Maintain a Fixed Asset Register for plant and machinery.

• Keep a Vehicle Register for relevant motor vehicles, including tractors and off-road vehicles.

• Evaluate contracts for all rental properties and review rents on a monthly basis.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other corporate personnel.

• Ensure timely payments to suppliers, particularly utility companies.

• Organize work schedules for overseas employees in properties.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities
• Proven experience in a comparable management position.

• Educated to degree level.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.

• Strong numerical accuracy.

• Experience in staff management.

• Proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
