Reed Property & Construction is a dedicated housing association focused on community development in West London. We are seeking a committed Asset Management Supervisor to lead our asset oversight and repair operations.
This temporary position requires a proactive individual who is adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including administrative responsibilities to manage the intricate details of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the asset oversight function, ensuring all properties are upheld to exceptional standards.
- Manage the handling of vacant properties, preparing them efficiently for new occupants.
- Coordinate and conduct stock condition assessments, ensuring precise data collection and analysis.
- Engage effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, tenants, and team members.
- Perform operational administrative duties to facilitate the seamless operation of the asset management and repair functions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in asset management and/or repairs within a housing association or comparable setting.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Experience in soliciting quotes, managing contractors, and supervising property maintenance.
- Familiarity with compliance standards in the housing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
