National Account Manager - On Trade Channel

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our On Trade channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Pub Group customers, implementing promotional marketing activity, and achieving agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the growth of the On Trade channel through strategic management and development of Pub Group customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service levels and meeting customer expectations.
  • Implement and monitor promotional marketing activity, achieving agreed objectives and driving brand growth.
  • Develop and deliver solutions to business challenges, driving the brand's agenda across the customer base.
  • Forecast and manage financial budgeting, creating mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

Candidate Attributes

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager/ National Account Executive.
  • Track record of negotiation and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think innovatively and proactively, using initiative to solve problems and drive return on investment.
  • Resilient with courage and conviction to stand by decisions and drive results.
