Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Digital Development and Visual Communications teams to create engaging video content and assets for social media.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience working in social media and content creation.
  • Skills: Excellent copywriting, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to create simple, clear, and engaging content for a range of audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with a range of social media platforms, including X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analytics: A data-driven approach and the ability to measure, monitor, and continually improve social media performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although a degree of flexibility will be required according to workload, including some evening and weekend work as required. The sportstechgroup- JobBoard is committed to flexible working and there may be occasions when you can work remotely, subject to your line manager's approval.
