Social Media Lead

Transform the digital presence of a leading high-end healthcare brand as our Social Media Lead.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to drive the digital strategy for our client's brand across all social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok.
As the Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative campaigns that showcase the luxury and transformative nature of our client's services, while maintaining their high-end brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a forward-thinking social media plan that aligns with the brand's overall goals, particularly focusing on TikTok and Instagram, but including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including short-form videos, stories, and behind-the-scenes footage, with a focus on TikTok's viral trends and innovative storytelling.
- Highlight our leading services through creative campaigns, patient testimonials, before-and-after transformations, and educational content that resonates with our target audience.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and trust with our patients and followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, particularly within beauty, fashion, and wellness niches, to increase brand visibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, especially TikTok trends, and use data analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing social media for premium brands, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand content that drives engagement, with a portfolio of social media work that demonstrates an eye for luxury and creativity.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form video content, and experience capitalising on these to build brand presence.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling captions, video scripts, and responses that reflect our high-end brand tone.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
