Social Media Director

At The Candidate Ltd, we're seeking a visionary Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll drive our social media strategy across all platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media plan that aligns with our brand's overall goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including short-form videos, stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Highlight our leading services through creative campaigns, patient testimonials, and educational content.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and trust with our patients and followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, especially TikTok trends, and use data analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in managing social media for premium brands, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand content that drives engagement, with a portfolio of social media work that demonstrates an eye for luxury and creativity.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form video content, and experience capitalising on these to build brand presence.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling captions, video scripts, and responses that reflect our high-end brand tone.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
