Job Overview

Edwards & Pearce Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their Sales team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing sales with existing customers and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales with existing customers and key accounts
  • Process sales orders and arrange dispatch with coordination with the warehouse team
  • Raise replenishment purchase orders to suppliers to maintain required products on the shelf
  • Utilize Sage software to manage sales and inventory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Provide daily reports of sales success and communicate customer feedback to superiors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and service providers
Requirements
  • B2B product sales knowledge and experience of handling key accounts
  • Ability to travel at least one day per week to visit customers for sales development and product demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial and common-sense approach to sales and business development
  • Ability to operate at pace under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
