This role is part of the UK and Group Finance team, responsible for controlling and overseeing company finances, monthly reporting, and analysis of business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts, including variance reporting and analysis of drivers of cash inflows and outflows.
- Perform scenario analysis and financial modelling as required by the business.
- Provide financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile balance sheets and control accounts.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the year-end and going concern audit.
- Support the month-end process.
- Support ad-hoc projects required by senior stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, able to prepare and present financial information to stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement.
A flexible approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential. The role requires someone who is eager to learn, take ownership of processes, and continually improve them.
