- Administer new starters, leavers, and absence management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR-related data.
- Manage corporate benefits and prepare payroll actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR operations team, proactively assisting colleagues with HR-related tasks and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with UK HR legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices in HR administration.
- Minimum Qualifications: (S)VQ in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualifications/Competencies: CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.
