  • **Resource Planning:** Match trade resources to workload demands, ensuring compliance with council standards and budgets.
  • **Documentation Management:** Maintain and organize all necessary documentation, ensuring legal obligations are met.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal and external service providers, ensuring productivity levels and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • **Customer-Focused Service:** Promote a customer-focused, value-for-money service culture, learning from feedback and resolving issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 2 or at least 2 years' experience in resource planning or a call centre within a maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and void property management, with an understanding of asbestos and scaffolding.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service, especially in a social housing or public sector setting.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in using back-office systems like Agresso, Total, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
