Job Description

**About the Role**

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our client, a leading FMCG brand. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic operational projects, driving business process improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business process maps and SOPs to drive operational excellence
  • Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage and launch new business processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement the company's growth strategy
  • Prepare and present monthly analysis and reports on operations and sales initiatives
  • Support the Operations Director in allocating weekly departmental actions through the SharePoint platform
  • Utilize agreed systems to manage regional functions, analysis, and documentation
  • Work with the Operations Leadership Team to establish projects that support business growth
  • Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timely completion
  • Manage internal and external projects, including those with suppliers and contracted services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
