**About the Role**
Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our client, a leading FMCG brand. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic operational projects, driving business process improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process maps and SOPs to drive operational excellence
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage and launch new business processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement the company's growth strategy
- Prepare and present monthly analysis and reports on operations and sales initiatives
- Support the Operations Director in allocating weekly departmental actions through the SharePoint platform
- Utilize agreed systems to manage regional functions, analysis, and documentation
- Work with the Operations Leadership Team to establish projects that support business growth
- Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timely completion
- Manage internal and external projects, including those with suppliers and contracted services
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
