Your New Position...

The Senior Manager of Transformation and Change within the People & Culture division will collaborate across various departments, including Enterprise Technology and Finance, to spearhead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and integration. This role will be pivotal in implementing robust change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new practices.

Key Responsibilities...

Project Oversight: Direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of significant global projects within the People & Culture sector. This includes defining project scope, developing and managing timelines, and ensuring the delivery of key outputs while addressing potential risks and challenges. Change Leadership: Formulate and execute change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions within the organization. This encompasses assessing change impacts, establishing change networks, and preparing training and communication plans to support successful implementation. Collaborate with communication teams to craft a compelling narrative that engages stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Deliverable Production: Actively contribute to the creation of essential project deliverables, including design documents, governance materials, and training resources, to ensure effective project execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster alignment among project stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and understanding across all levels of the organization. Manage expectations and perceptions from leadership to end-users. Continuous Enhancement: Leverage existing tools and methodologies to drive ongoing improvements in project and organizational effectiveness, utilizing external insights and resources to refine internal processes.

Qualifications & Experience...

A proactive leader with substantial experience in global project management or large-scale organizational change initiatives. A strong passion for project and change management, with a solid understanding of relevant practices and methodologies. Background in consulting or project management is advantageous. Certification in project management or change management is preferred but not mandatory. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

This position is offered as a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office responsibilities, in accordance with company policy and in agreement with your supervisor.
